Mrs. Lorena Ellen SEYBOLD, 76, 317 E. College Street, a resident of Crawfordsville since 1954, died Friday night in Culver Hospital where she had been a patient 3 weeks. Born July 25, 1882, in Putnam County, Mrs. Seybold was the daughter of John and Melissa Park Fendley. She was married twice, first to Harry Prather, who died in 1920. Her second husband, Frank Seybold, died in 1936. Mrs. Seybold was a member of the parkersburg Christian Church. She had lived in lebanon, Parkersburg and Waveland before moving to Crawfordsville. Sruvivors include two sons, Joe Prather of Anderson and Arthur Prather, Rt 4, Crawfordsville; 3 sisters, Mrs. Glen Miles of Anderson; Mrs. Lee Burkett of Parkersburg and Mrs. Albert Johnson of Crawfordsville; a brother, Richard Fendley of Ladoga; 3 grandsons and 5 stepdaughters. She was preceded in death by two sisters. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m Monday in Bright Funeral Home with burial in Ladoga Cemetery, Rev. Wm. L. Clark, pastor of Wayentown baptist Church was officiating minister. -- kbz
